Jazzmen Rice

In July 2015, I purchased a 25 pound bag of Jazzmen rice, and found the rice is old, rotten and infested with insects. In August 2015, I purchased another 25 pound bag of Jazzmen rice, and again found the rice is old, rotten and infested with insects. Either bags were labeled: "New Crop" and "Best Used by December 2016". In August 2015, I informed the problem, including pictures, to Jazzmen Rice company. They sent me an apology letter that they had previously written to another customer who made the complaint.
