Overall
Dead line missed

My application was handled poorly. It was assigned to one attorney and about a year later, it was assigned to another one. The first call I got from the new attorney was talking about some rewrite and I should new approach .. and so on. With fee of course. I didn't budge.

Then months later, I received a letter from USPTO saying my application was abandoned since a deadline was missed and no response had been made. I had never been notified via USPTO or the law firm

I called James Ray and complain about the whole thing. He told me there is still ways to revive that application by submitting a petition ... with extra fees and penalty. Why should I pay for their mistake? I fired them right on the spot but they still send me more bill . . . How dare them?
