Got towed from the Detroiter to freightliner in Ypsilant this morning. #1 called about 5:45am my company was told he would be there within an hour but took almost 2/1/2 hours but told me he clocked in at 5 am, when he started hooking things up he found he had a broken airline so had to wait for someone to bring another one.#2 when he pulled both drives (only need to do 1) out instead of catching the oil with something he let it fall in the lot then started going down the road with nothing in the holes so the oil went all over truck and trailer. then stopped and put shop towels in them instead of putting a peace of cut out ply would and tightening with bolts. #3 the whole way to freightliner he had his phone to his hear talking with friends. also made very rude comments about black co workers their. The "n" word

tow company was very helpful, and prompt, the driver was very professional and well train. ( he knew his job well)
