AWESOME! Not only were they here when they said they would be, he found out what part went out on my A/C Unit outside and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I was afraid a company coming all the way to Killeen/Harker Heights from Austin would charge me an arm and a leg, but was actually reasonable... (I got online to see how much the part cost vs. what they charged me for it and to install it...). The service person Roy was very nice and pleasant! Did what he came to do without taking his time.
