If your system was installed by us, we offer a comprehesnive maintenance policy, so the parts and service are covered and we would be more than happy to schedule a trained techniocian to come to your location to perform service. All of our technicans are level 1 certified through the state and we are licensed by the state police for security. We have been in business since 1993 and have serviced over 30,000 systems in the tri state area. For those systems that we install for little or nothing down, their is a term obligation that needs to be met. If you are selling the home, or wish to cancel service for another reason, you can pay off the remainder of the monitoring agreement, less a discount, which is atted in the agreement that you signed.
