I received the best service when it came to repairing my vehicle. I could have asked for better service and more than helpful individuals to assist me. I would refer everyone to Hernandez if I could.

This place is a big rip off. A lot of people say that its just toward the military but its to anyone with good insurance. I was given a quote for $600.00 for minor bumper repair and after 4 days with them having my vehicle I called them and they told me that they will have to blend the paint which will be a additional 1400.00. When i went to look at what progress they had did i seen that they had just took my bumper off...no new bumper in site. SO YES BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL OUT FOR A PAY CHECK. I WAS SKEPTICAL WHEN I WAS READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE BUT THERE ALL TELLING THE TRUTH. WHAT EVER YOU DO AVOID THIS PLACE....

When you think of body shops you have to make the ultimate descision which one to go to! You have insurance commanies wanting you to only go to certian body shops. I did that once and it was a bad mistake. They did a very poor job on the from the front grill which wasn't aling with the rest of the body front end. They only painted the front bumper and not the front quarter panel which was slight damage also! The amount that they pay these so call body shops from the insurance comapny is you get what they pay for. The least amount of work for the least amount money. On the other hand learning form the last time, I went to Hernadez. I was met by a very progessional front office staff. They made the transsion from dropping off my vehicle very pleasent. Making the arrangements for the rental car through the insurance. Keeping you up date with your car status as needed and any problems the encounter that was unforseen.

Whe the job was done the made sure that you entire car was clean, did a walk through with you on what they did to fix the problem and best of all the gave you a graurentee as long as you own the car.

Just a short note my insurance company doesn't want me using Hernadez due to they say they chage to much! But they can't refuse which Body shop that I use. It seems the adjuster gets pay for gow much money he can save the insurnace comapny and what he can get away with by giving you the least amount of the finish produce that he's willing to pay for which ends up a poor finish product that wasn't up to the standards prior to accident.
