Gurnee Flash Cab

As a regular customer of flash cab, I'm going to have to say STAY AWAY!!! Their drivers are very nice, however that's only if they get to you! Today I waited over an hour for a cab. I called in intervals of 20 mins & every time they told me ten mins. Finally i called 303 and within literally 4 mins. they were there. Owners of flash cab may be nice, but their dispatcher isn't. She did call me to let me know my taxi was at aldi, but by that time i was unloading my groceries. I called back after to complain, and upon asking to speak to their manager the dispatcher tells me she is the manager and thought that the taxi getting there 45-50mins later was acceptable. The original time quoted for a cab was 15-20.... NOT AN HOUR!!!!! The end result, i politely explained what she knew she told me, and that i would not be using their service again.. She said whatever and hung up on me! What a management team!

I called them last min because a different cab service left me late and stranded for a doctors appointment and they were there in a flash!!

Gurnee flash cab is a great company the owners are two great guys Kenny and Dennis cabs are clean always on time unlike these other companies like 303 and the stinky cabs green ones and last but always least yellow metro they are morons never call metro dispatchers are in Chicago and don't know crap ?

I will NEVER ride with this company again. I travel frequently and I made the mistake of trying a different cab company. I placed an order with them to go from my work at Amhurst Lake Business Park in Waukegan to Ohare. I had to call them several times to see where my cab was and they kept telling me it was 10 minutes away but the cab showed up nearly an hour late and it smelled horrible inside. What made it worse was the driver was badmouthing the company he worked for the entire ride. According to him, I learned this company "operates illegally and rips the drivers off". He was clearly unhappy and so was I. When we got to the airport, I tried paying with my credit card but the driver started to complain so I just gave him cash. Thanks to them, I had to run through the airport with all my bags to avoid missing my flight. This was the WORST experience I have ever had in a cab. Next time I will stick with who I normally use, 303 Taxi.

This was one of the worst cab companies I have ever had the misfortune of using. The cab that was going to be here in 5 minutes showed up almost an hour later. My son was late getting back to base because of this company. Kenny, the owner, is running his company with no professionalism or respect for the customers. I have never dealt with a company as pathetic as this one. I will make sure to go on every Navy website that I can to warn other Navy families to stay away from the horrible service of Gurnee Flash Cab.

I was really late for an appointment, called a taxi at 3:00 on thursday afternoon after wating 30 mins an 3 calls to the taxi company I decided I couldn't wait anymore and called gurnee flash cab they got me a cab in 10 mins.

(the other taxi company called me an hour later to let me know that my taxi was in my house waiting, I told them I was at my doctor's office already)



My advice, do not ever call yellow taxi not only they are really slow but they will send you a smelly green taxi from north chicago.
