Joe did a great job for me. He cared about my budget and REALLY knew what he was doing. I have recommended him several times.

Joe Bender is a very honest, hard working man. He will never lie and will only ask you for additional money if it is needed. Things don't go perfect with water wells and therefore the bids will not always be perfect either. I have worked on side projects with Joe for 3 years and he has never once let me down.

Joseph T. Bender owner of this company is not an honest man. He will give you a price to get a contract and then raise it half way through for bogus reasons. In my case he wanted an extra $3000 on an $8000 contract after my construction was late and went past the unrealistic deadline date he inserted into my bid that I did not notice. Construction was late due to the 2006 - 2007 huge winter snows on the Colorado Front Range. Mr. Bender used that to his advantage to hold the equipment he sold me for ransom until I paid the additional charges. He also added charges to fix what did not work properly on his original install. He also made up lies on the bill for additional things he said I requested. In the end I paid him about $2000 (25%) above and beyond what the written bid he gave me. I did not get anything above and beyond what was on the original bid. He wanted even more but begrudgingly accepted that giving me a receipt "paid in full." I was not happy but he had me over a barrel. Now
