Demolition
Granite serves the oil and gas industry by providing infrastructure for the exploration, development, distribution, transmission and storage of crude oil. Our work includes upstream, midstream and downstream services, concrete platforms and structures, crude-by-rail facilities, crude oil and watery vaults, demolition drilled piers, electrical duct banks, haul roads, HDPE pipeline, pump foundations, and civil infrastructure for refineries.
The project will prepare the 400-acre site for future construction of operational, administrative and bachelor housing structures for the new Marine Corps base. The joint venture team will be responsible for the demolition of existing structures, utility relocation, new utilities, roads and other infrastructure such as fencing, sidewalks, signage and striping as well as clearing the site of unexploded ordnance and munitions of explosive concern.

Leo’s Haven in Chanticleer Park is Santa Cruz County’s first inclusive playground for children of all abilities. Granite’s scope of work included grading the project site and installing concrete work—the playground foundation, walkways throughout the park, and a new parking lot.
Our sand and gravel deposits produce natural concrete aggregates. These aggregates are in high demand for ready mix concrete, masonry block, concrete pavers, and pre-cast concrete products.
