He LACKED any electrical knowledge, he displayed NO customer service, and he FAILED to repair my LCD TV in a timely manner. He had my TV for SIX months and all he did was remove the back panel. Luckily I informed LG Customer Service of my situation and they prorated my TV and paid me back at full rate. All I needed to do was pick-up my TV from G .T. Electronics. When I arrived, he was so back logged that he couldn't find my TV and told me to return the next day (I even seen a TV that was there since Feb 08). Of course, I denied his request and demanded for my TV. It took him over 5 minutes to finally locate it and blamed me for not being patient. If 6 months wasn't being patient enough then what is? DO NOT SERVICE ANY OF YOUR ELECTRONICS AT G. T. ELECTRONICS! You have been warned.
