We have been satisfied customers of Funtime RV for more than five years. We purchased our old trailer elsewhere, but started bringing that trailer in for service to Funtime as it was close to our home and more convenient. Stephen, in the service department was always very helpful, even though our RV was purchased elsewhere. We were completely satisfied with the work that was performed, additionally we received great customer service. About five years ago we purchased a new trailer from Funtime RV and again have nothing but positive things to say from the sales staff to the service department. The Service Manager, Stephen, is always helpful, honest and straightforward with any work that we have had done.

No need to go anywhere else to take care of your RV needs New and used, their service to us has always been A+. We first brought in a used trailer that needed service then we wanted to move up to a 5th wheel. We love our purchase and Funtime has stood behind any of our needs. Feeling the trust ........ These guys are the best! This is our second RV purchased from FunTime. Both purchases (one new and one used), have been fun and after-sale service work outstanding. We loved working with our sales rep (Greg), the owner (Jerry), and the service department (Steven, Bruce and Joseph). After the sales, the outstanding service continued going above and beyond our expectations! They have stood by their word, work, warranty, and extended warranty agreements. In fact, they have gone beyond our expectations in every area. It pays to buy from a company that is locally owned and operated with a staff that is experienced and understands that treating customers right will result in return business - something corporate RV sales and service companies seem to have lost sight of. When we buy our next RV, we would think of buying nowhere else!

My wife and I are on are on a trip to rediscover America. Halfway through our power sofa bed stopped working which meant I was sleeping on the floor. This time of year it is hard to get service. We called Funtime and while they were backed up several weeks Steve Scott agreed to take a look. He diagnosed the issue and had it working in less than 10 minutes. At my request he hard wired the connection and I'm off the floor. You could not ask for better service and the cost, Gatorade for the boys. Thank you

First experience with service on our new Fleetwood Pace Arrow at Funtime. David in service bent over backwards to help us on his lunch hour. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

I am eager to share the story of our perfect RV buying experience. We came to Funtime RV Sales to look at some pre-owned Class C motor homes. Salesman Tim J. assisted us. We found two that met our qualifications. There was no pressure applied to us to make a purchase. We did make the purchase at a very agreeable price. I asked for some additional information, not usually requested, and Sales Manager Randy H. readily agreed to obtain it. The "walk-through" was provided by knowledgeable salesman Jim H. and the paperwork/signing conducted by Floyd S, the nicest dealership Finance Officer I've ever dealt with.
During our first camping trip, I noticed a loose brace. On our way home, we stopped by, unannounced, the Funtime RV service department. Service Technician Joseph V. did not show me how to attach the brace, he obtained parts and tools and reattached it "on the spot". That's service!

Thanks to Bruce and the team at Funtime for saving our family reunion trip this summer. We had only a few days between trips and needed our slide out repaired. Bruce got us in and out in record time and saved our trip. We are thankful....and impressed. Thanks Bruce!
