        Overall

        The lady I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional! You need to treat your customers with respect and listen to their needs. You cant expect every customer will know the details about the type of glass they need. Ask questions and make the customer feel comfortable instead of being irritated when someone asks legitimate questions about types of glass, cut, pricing, and delivery.

        These folks are crooks! Their work product is so substandard, you will have to spend extra money to correct their mistakes. If you try to discuss a refund, the owner (Frank) becomes extremely irate and unprofessional. Trust me, using them is not worth the hassle.
