        I recently relocated to the Wisconsin area an bought a new home. Soon after moving in, I realized the house had too many issues for me to handle myself. There was an odd, musty smell coming from the bathroom sink with a “gurgling” sound in the sink piping nearly every time I flushed the toilet. To make matters even worse, the heat was hardly functioning at all, and being winter time, I could barely sleep the first night, it was so cold. I asked one of my new coworkers if they had a company they could recommend and they pointed me to Flat Rate 24 Hour Home Services. I am so glad they did! Not only did I hear amazing things about their services after asking around, I could not be happier with their services! They fixed all of my new home’s issues at a cost that was reasonable, and ALL their staff were amazing from the first phone call to the technician coming to my home! And…everything works beautifully! You can even schedule their services on-line!

        I would definitely do some research on the work you need done and get quotes from other businesses before calling Flat Rate. These guys will try to take scam you. We needed a water heater replaced fast because ours went out and we needed one right away. We were stupid and had them do the work after they gave us a quote on installing a water heater and got ripped off. At the time we just wanted hot water again, so we had them do it. We were desparate and just figured the price they gave us was just what it costed. After we agreed to have the water heater installed, I had to go to work. Later I checked prices online and found out we got scammed. I know it's our fault for letting them do the work but like I said we were desparate. So I would highly recommend someone else. I am just to trusting of people and didn't think professionals were that eager to make money and take advantage of people who trust that professionals would give you a fair and reasonable price.
