I had called around town pricing for my lawn mower to be fixed. Most of the shops near me wanted as much as I could have purchased a new mower. Jaimie was very nice explaining some of the symptomatic problems I was having with my mower. She knew exactly what she was talking about. I am a firm believer that if "a company's way of doing things is symbolic to their employees' commitment to customer service".

We were very impressed at the quality of service we received from DFW Metroplex Mobile Mower Repair. They came to our house and not having to take a riding lawn tractor to a nearby shop. This is definitely worth it. They did a complete maintenance on our John Deere lawn tractor and guaranteed their service. They are not on hourly charge like some of the other guys out there. They quoted me a reasonable price and they did not charge me extra for fittings, adjustments or extra parts. These guys are definitely good folks to keep handy in your Roledex.
