I'm sorry to say that I talked to Jeff in late June and asked him to do 3 smalls jobs at my house. One job was to fix and rehang a closet door. Jeff agreed to do the jobs and took the closet door when he left to repair it. Well, it's August 5th - no door - no work done - Jeff told a friend that he would be over twice and never showed, never called. I even left several messages asking him to please just return the door with absolutely no response. I'm going to try to find his place of business tomorrow and ask for the door in person, if that doesn't work, I've already made arrangements with the county sheriff's dept to go out to get the door for me. I strongly suggest not using this business. This is a non-responsive, unreliable man.

Jeff should have come to work when he said he was going to be there. If he couldn't make it, he should have called. If he changed his mind, he could have called and let me know. AND most of all, he should return my door.
