General Info

FBi Buildings, Inc., is a post-frame design/build company serving farmers, business owners, horse-lovers and other landowners throughout Indiana and Illinois. We also provide buildings for beef and dairy producers throughout the Midwest. Since our founding in 1958, FBi has led the industry in innovation, quality and responsiveness. This is driven by our company culture of always treating the customer right, something FBi's founder, Edwin A. Bahler continually stressed. That mindset infuses everything we do. To support that, we maintain centralized control over the entire process from planning, design, engineering, sales and construction. This provides total accountability for quality and enables us to respond quickly to customers needs. We've grown steadily throughout our history and now employ over 300 employees who build approximately 700 buildings each year.

FBi is a leader in the post-frame industry and has pioneered a long list of innovations. Many have since become the industry standards; others continue to keep us ahead of the competition. Examples of things that started first at FBi are using light, aluminum-framed sliding doors, long-lasting Kynar® 500-based finishes on Galvalume® substrate, rust-free stainless steel hex washer head screws and the optional concrete PERMA-COLUMN™ system, guaranteed for a lifetime.
