Family Care Plus

Hello: I am so glad to tell my story. Over the past several years, one of our family members took a turn for the worst. Over that time, we were referred to Family Care Plus. I don't understand the part of the name plus. They never do what they say they are going to do period. There is a great sales pitch and that is all they have. We have had a few good home health aids, but the majority of them are just bad. I had to have approx 8 of the 12 aides thrown out for non cooking, non cleaning, elderly abuse etc. This company gets all there help from NY and they act it. If I can say one thing, stay far away as you can unless they are the only thing left on the planet. Good luck serching

After my grandmother fell and broke her hip, we knew it was time for her to have some help. We contacted Family Care Plus on the recommendation of a friend. It took a little time to get the process going, but once we had everything filled out, they matched her up with a caregiver. She was resistant at first, but then really began to like the young woman they matched her up with. She would call and tell us about all the things she was doing with her time each day, and it was obvious she was smiling and happy.
