Bruised Thigh & Stolen Cash

Yesterday I parked my car in a parking lot to get some ice cream, as it was a nice day I ate it outside. When my friend noticed two guys pushing my car out of a parking spot.i had been parked there for about 15 minutes at this time. I ran over to ask them to stop what they were doing and they said I wasn't a customer. That the manger called and they went inside and since no one answered they were taking my car. The tow truck driver told me to speak to the manager, the manager told me to speak to the tow truck driver.
Neither was willing to talk to me.
The driver then stated if we paid him $135 cash in the next 5 minutes he'd give me my car back. My friend ran to get cash from the ATM and the driver pulled my car to a secluded side of the parking lot. A crowed had gathered, people were yelling at them to leave me alone and give my car back. People were trying to block exits to the parking lot. Strangers offered to give me cash to help pay, people brought out food to help show I was there. The community was to helpful and kind and caring, unlike the restaurant staff and dynasty towing.
When my friend returned with the cash the driver hopped out to collect the money but hadn't started to put my car down. I asked, politely because I hadn't lost it yet despite how rude and mean these people were being to me for I violation I hadn't committed, to "please put my car down before I hand over all this cash."
The driver then jumped back in the truck and started to take off with my car. I jumped on the moving vehicles at this point because I didn't know what else to do. These guys were wrongfully taking my car with all of my personal affects inside. They were very unprofessional and I felt like they were stealing my car. I got injured in the incident. They eventually got out to put my car down and my friend have them the cash. The driver then said "I got the money before you got the car down."
I have NEVER experienced anything like this and hope no one else ever does, but I suspect this is common practice for them.
Dynsaty towing is the worst and I'm happy I wasn't alone and there were so may people that tried to help. Had I been alone I would have been more terrified than I still am.

My vehicle was towed by Dynasty Towing for not having a proper permit in Palmilla Condo complex. I understood I was in the wrong and had no issue paying the associated fees. When I arrived at the Dynasty Towing yard is when the business service rapidly declined. I arrived at the tow yard at 2am by special appointment. I was told the total price and was told if I paid using a Visa card then I would be charged a 6% surcharge. Charging a surcharge in California in against the law and, even out of state anything pass 4% in not regulated. I have contacted Visa and expect resolution regarding terminal misuse. I knew the business practices seemed unethical after the price of 370.00 and the surcharges so I decided to come back in the morning when they said owner might be available. The next issue came when the tow truck driver refused to contact the business owner the next morning.
When I arrived the next morning at 8:30 am, normal business hours for all tow yards according the DMV regulations, the same man was there and refused to contact the owner and simply said it was not his problem. When I asked for a detailed description of all charges or a standard company price sheet the man refused. Finally after showing him the DMV regulations that he is obligated to give me a price sheet he finally did through an email because he had none printed out. The prices were as follows: equipment fee= 45.00, gate fee= 95.00, tow fee= 95.00, storage fee= 40.00. I feel like Dynasty Towing is adding on additional fees that are out of regulation with the local towing laws.
When I wanted to pay with a Visa card the driver/clerk told me he couldn’t accept credit cards. He insisted I go to the ATM and pay cash because of unwanted merchant fees that he would have to pay. He then changed his story to his credit terminal was not working. I insisted that he could call his merchant and do a manual charge over the phone. The Dynasty Towing driver/clerk replied with that’s not his job he can’t help and paying cash was my only choice. I insisted he contact the owner and he made no attempt and said he had no idea when she would be available. The man then got very violent and aggressive toward me implying he has a past in prison and didn’t like the way I was “pushing” him to do extra work. I remained claim and didn’t make any attempt to avoid paying any fees.
Dynasty Towing demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and never resolved my issues. I was forced to pay cash with no hope of contacting a qualified clerk. Dynasty Towing had no price sheets on hand, no form of accepting credit cards, no explanation of charges and fees, no workers on staff during normal business hours, untrained personal operating credit card terminals, no posted signs of standard rates or credit accepting logos, and worst of all an employee that got angry and made threating remarks towards me and my wife.
