My insurance company lied to me about having my car towed back after repairs were done. I explained I do not drive expressways and would need a way to get the car home after the repairs were done to my insurance claim service and was assured that would not be a problem. Repairs are done and the insurance company ALLSTATE will not cover the towing back to me. Dutch Valley, out of a courtesy to me, is bringing my car back to me at no charge. This is such a blessing since I am having medical problems at the moment and need to get back and forth to the doctors. Thank you Diane for all your efforts and thank you Chuch for getting the repairs done so quickly

What a great company to work with. The entire staff exceeded expectations we had when our car was in for repairs due to an accident. We were kept informed of the timetable for completion as well as the costs. Bob and Ken tried to get used parts to help us keep the total repair cost down.They went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction was !00%.I would certainly recommend Dutch Valley Auto Works to anyone in need of auto body repair as well as general maintenance.
