I have had Nicole "sit" my animals since she first went into business. She is totally dependable and is wonderful with all pets. We also ask her to water flowers and get our mail, in addition to turning lights on and off so it doesn't appear that no one is home. You can't ask for a better person to take care of your pets when you have to be away from home -- for 2 days or 2 weeks!

I found Nicole a year ago when my husband and I adopted two young kittens. For our weekend getaways Nicole has been a great pet parent. One of our kittens was sick as a baby and she had to get medication. Nicole was helping with that as well. I am so grateful to have a reliable and loving pet sitter.

Done Deal Pet Sitting Service has been providing care for my two highly active and very sensative Jack Russel Terriers for almost two years now. My little furry children are very picky about who they let take care of them. One time I boarded my little Tia at a boarding facility, and I swear she wasn't right for almost a week afterward. She was so out sorts that she was having potty accidents, which she simply just doesn't do that in the house ever! Now, however there is no need to worry. Nicole takes great care of both of them, and I can go on vacation without any anxiety, knowing that they are in the comfort of their own home being cared for by someone they and I trust. Nicole is also amazing because she will bundle up and take them out for walks in the winter, when it just isn't feasable for me to go out, or if I am sick. This is definately a blessing! After moving to Colorado a year and half ago, we really struggled with what to do with our dogs when we traveled. They'd been through a lot as it was with the move and all, and the thought (not to mention the expense) of kenneling them, just didn't sit well with us. We actually tried another in-home pet sitter the first time we did travel and were not really satisfied, but we did like the concept of leaving them at home and someone caring for them. We did a little more looking and found Nicole, and we've been extremely happy ever since. We know we can leave on a trip, and our dogs will be well cared for. Helps alleviate some of that guilt we feel leaving them behind. Nicole not only feeds and walks them, but scoops the poop (the first service we tried didn't do that, can you believe it???), waters plants, picks up the mail and newspapers, and sends periodic text messages with a quick report as to how they are doing. Sometimes, her husband Phil comes by and takes them for a run, which they really seem to love to do! Bottom line, she's a godsend, and we appreciate the tremendous service she provides, and the love and care she gives our pets while we are gone.

Done Deal Pet Sitting Service provides such a family atmosphere for pets. I have a male Siamese who was so well cared for that I returned from vacation to find a 'normal' cat - unlike earlier years where I returned to find a high-strung bundle of feline nerves!

Upon returning from our trip, we were welcomed by our happy healthy golden retriever...a far cry from prior trips when we have picked her up from the kennel with a sad face and kennel cough. Nicole was ever so attentive, left us a note on how Chloe did each day and even picked up newspapers, watered plants and gathered our mail while we were gone (all for less than our kennel costs on prior trips). A true professional in every sense of the word.

My family and I have used Nicole's services on several different occasions. We have been very impressed with the care that she has given to our two dogs. She is very accountable and accommodating.
