Doggie Styles Mobile Grooming

Our dog gets a little nervous on the grooming table so we thought we would try a home service, like Doggy Styles, that focuses on personalized care. Boy was that a mistake. We scheduled an appointment with the business owner and confirmed time and date. On the day of the appointment, I spent hours waiting for them to show up. In the end, it was a no-show, no-call. We tried to contact the business owner and left multiple messages requesting a call-back so we can figure out what happened and work out details for another appointment. We never received that call which shows me this business does not understand basic customer service.
