I only gave them the one star because it won't let you put zero. After a fire in our home, our insurance providers contracted them to repair our home. They did not fix anything correctly. None of our plumbing even was hooked up, we had to hire another plumber to come anf fix it out of our own pockets. The kitchen cabinets and countertops aren't level. None of the stain matches. There are waves in the carpet that weren't stretched correctly. My 3 year old could have done a better paint job. They unplugged our deep freezer that sat for a good 6 months with decomposing food. We also have quite a few things that just "came up missing". To top it all off, they were smoking in our house when we would come and check on progress- AFTER A FIRE!. After pointing these things out, they just left, and left a bunch of their crap behind. They cut every corner possible and it shows. I would not let your insurance company bully you into conracting them if you want things done right. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Check your local BBB.
