They know how to pick up the trash alright but recycling is another matter.
we have been recycling for more than 50 years but now our recycling goes
right into the hopper with the regular trash. I have called to complain and they
make excuses and have told me that the truck has two hoppers. The guys on the trucks say they are short handed or short of trucks. I have told not to dump our recycling in with the trash, even told a supervisor on one truck. I have told them not to take our recycling if it is not going to be recycled properly yet it continues. They don't listen and do not care. I have had it. goodbye disposal!!!!
they missed monday the 5th of March's collection. Finally came on Wed the 7th.
I tried to call and the phone was never answered. No word as to why.

Disposall has been my provider for three years except for a 6 month period I switched to Waste Pro (not a good move) I switched back. Grass is not greener, believe me I was fooled into switching over after lots of missed trash pick ups I decided to go back to Disposall who have missed 1 time in the 2 1/2 years they serviced me.

Don't use them - they keep missing our street, after being promised credits there are no credits and they claim we called in only 1 time - we called at least 5 or 6!! THEN it takes 6 - 8 weeks for a credit? Excuse me but we don't operated via snail mail in this society and its a matter of computer clicking that fixes things. If my bank can correct and error immediately why can't you!! ALSO - because I paid ahead she tried to tell me it was already credited - I had to push them to look closer at my account. I want another service and am on the hunt for one!! Don't use Disposal!!!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They stopped picking up my garbage four months ago. Called three times and was told they would come to pick it up. Never showed. Called the following week to cancel as I had to contact another company to come and get the overflow of refuse. Been trying to get the last months payment from them for 4 months and now they are saying I owe them a cancellation fee. They quit us! They are really bad news. Very unprofessional!

Company is a joke. They have a handful of people working customer service. All they do is transfer you to one place to another. The supervisors and GMs do not answer their phones. They just go to voice mail, which isn't even setup, it just repeats their phone number, very professional. I left two messages for them and no response, really shows management care about their customers. The company charged me for a whole quarter, and then never called me to tell me that they couldn't service my area. I had to call to even find that out. When i was told, i gave my CC info for a refund, then never got the refund. Trying to talk to someone who can actually do anything other then transfer you is impossible. I ended up having to call my bank and reverse the charge after over two weeks of no responses. Stay away from this company.

Been using them for a while. They are now only picking up once a week (that's all they offer). Cost is cheaper and they do provide you with two garbage cans (one for garbage and one for recycling). They dump them both into the same opening in the truck so if you thinking they are really recycling then they got you fooled (not a big deal to me). The problem that really turns me off is there are days they don't show up and you have to leave the cans at the street and hope they come in the next day or two. Also, if it does not fit in the two cans then they won't touch it (Prima Donna). Extra yard debris (like a branch), boxes, etc will get left behind unless you can stuff it in their can. Does not work well for us during the summer months.

DisposAll’s trash collection was okay but employees answering the phone didn't have answers to simple questions and if a supervisor has to contact you... yikes! Like it's my fault your employees don't have the answers I'm looking for. Unpleasant office employees and lack of professionalism is not worth the aggravation.
