Hunt born on May 2, 1969 in Inglewood, CA., We were both tired of being treated horribly by the companies we were giving our hard earned moneys too. So we decided to take matters into own hands. How many of us have called company's, nowadays, to get that infamous RMA number to return a product only to get the run around as if they were holding it hostage? How many of us have experienced the rude customer service representative who must hate their jobs because there is no pride in it or the service given? 20 + years ago we were all so thrilled about PC’s and the internet. These new technologies would speed up the process for most things for us? Here is the problem I have with rushing through things even if its a purchase. Something gets lost in the fast transaction, nowadays its customer service and product structure. Prices have gone up and quantity and quality way down. I can remember a time when we were told at a new job that the customer is always right, period!!! We did not argue with the customer or try to convince them that our computer system is above reproach and infallible and therefore making the customer the idiot for spending the money with us. We use to listened to our customers, we heard what they said and then we fixed the situation or gave them to a supervisor who fixed it or promptly returned their money. But we were to have happy satisfied customers. That is what we have here. A company that refuses to five up on human kindness and decency, we strive to be the best in our product selection and in our customer service. We believe if you spend your hard earned money with us we will give you a darn great product and service. It’s our guarantee. We are so certain of it that you can actually reach a human during normal business hours 9-5 (PST). What’s our niche? New Designer custom made emergency survival kits. Yes we have many other wonderful items in our store including pre-fabed kits, but we feel your comfort and your families comfort during a disaster is important. So we studied and surveyed people to find out what they’d like when thinking comfort during a disaster. Now if you’re thinking cheap when you think of designer custom made kits, your correct. Although not in everyone’s budget, it’s cheap considering the situation and what could possibly happen if you do not prepare. However our custom made kits begin at $1500.00 and include everything from food to housing during your disaster. Fill out the form to get our packet. We can send it standard mail or email. If it comes by standard mail, you can request USB packet. In addition…if there are children in your family they will have a kit formulated just for them and their age group with a book to help them help you help your family.
