Digital Attic

This company charged me $5000.00 and took a $2,500.00 deposit to buld a four page website. After five months thay had nothing to show me, not even a mock up. I cancelled with them and they kept the deposit. The gave me a detailed invoice of the hours they spent at $300.00 per hour. They listed 2.5 hours to meet with me on the first day to discuss my needs. 13 hours to research on the internet. No charges for programing, artwork, or web design. The sent me four emails in five months and two phone calls even though they knew I needed the website immediately. I opened my studio but had now way to collect money or register students for art classes. I hired another company and they had the website done in 3 weeks.
