Des Moines Musicians Association specializes in providing excellent live music for all occasions including weddings, parties, dances and shows throughout Central Iowa. We have solo and group artists available from every genre that have the skills, talent and music ability to make any event a complete success. Our musicians are able to customize a playlist that specifically fits your preferences and the event at a price comparable to a DJ. At Des Moines Musicians Association we have musicians from several styles including: Big band, Bluegrass, Blues, Classical, Country, Folk, Gospel, Dixie and ragtime. We are also proud members of the American Federation of Musicians, which is a union of thousands of talented musicians of all types ranging from Broadway to country. We provide musicians for several organizations throughout the area including the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra, Des Moines Metro Opera, Civic Center of Greater Des Moines, the Temple for Performing Arts and Music Under the Stars.
