Mr. Helton came to fix a leaky shut off valve and a leaking no-freeze hose faucet. He tightened up the shut off valve and the leak stopped. He put a rubber washer in the hose faucet and thought it was fixed. He charged me labor, travel time from Halls to East Knoxville and parts. The total charge was $155.00, $5.00 for the rubber washer. A day later the hose faucet began leaking again, so I called Mr. Helton again. He said he would come back and fix the problem, but new charges would apply. I paid for this problem once, but I refused to pay again except for parts. He wanted to charge me for travel time and labor all over again. This is not good business practice when you don't back up your work.
