We asked them to take a look at the exterior wall of our house since there was leaks inside the house from the rain. They suggested that we did the repointing of the walls and the waterproofing.



One year later, the same exact problem and pieces from their work is falling off! We called them back to explain themselves and they claim that the water leaked in and pushed the pieces out. They kept on saying their work is fine and water will not go in and the problem is elsewhere.



I've called many contractor and not one believed what they said. They even explained to me how the repointing they did was not deep enough. They are suppose to grind at least half inch deep between the bricks but from the piece that fell off, it was at most 1/8th inch. Even if it is not that deep, the only reason for it to last only one year long is because the job those guys did was no good.
