        CubanCrafters Cigars. Reply to Barak Y.... The customer's order shipped immediately. After 2 months the customer contact us stating he never received his order. As per the UPS tracking number 1Z5Y10790399253741, the order was delivered within 3 days. The customer was informed we contacted UPS and are awaiting for there investigation results.

        Worst customer service I have ever had. Gave it a 1 star cause I can't give it a zero. Waiting almost a month for my order to ship. Doesn't seem to even care about my business. Being ignored and being lied to. Trust me order your cigars somewhere else.
