Customer Service is First Rate!!! Lately, it seems like I go everywhere I'm towed!!! The driver Mr. Kevin couldn't be more awesome if he tried! He's understanding, very polite, and walked us through every step of the tow after my wreck!!! It's a family run business with a very easy-going atmosphere. The office is like stepping into a little cottage and the prices were more then fair! I was expecting a huge bill but Mrs. Kelly(Secretary) explained all charges and was very informative! I have had problems in the past with items coming up missing out of my vehicle when it has gone to the shop etc and was worried I may have lost a few items during the vehicles stay at their facility. I was relieved to find that not only were all my items catalogged in County Line's paperwork, they were all there too! Mr. Kevin even took the time to cover my vehicle with a tarp to prevent any further damage by weather! You couldn't ask for a more down to earth couple in this industry. They service was excellent, and should I ever need a tow again, I know who I'll be calling!!! Thanks Guys!

Fast and Fair price they are the mayhem managers of chambers county.The trucks are clean and the driver is nice.The lady on the phone is sweet and is 1st class.
