When my laptop suddenly crashed, I was upset and hoping for immediate help with it. Within a few hours, the person I spoke on the phone with (one of the co-owners of the company) was at my house and working on identifying the problem. He saved all of my data and determined the problem with my computer (damaged hard drive). I found him to be very knowledgeable about computers and quite patiently explained the "technical stuff" that I know very little about.
