Complete Plumbing Systems

This company was sent by my insurance to supposedly fix my faucet. Sadly, the plumber that they sent indiscriminately told my home warranty insurance that we broke our faucet so we can get a new one which made my insurance denied the repair. I think he said this so he can get more money without working for it because (after lying to my insurance) he had the audacity to suggest that we can pay him extra to fix a new faucet. The odd thing is that we were communicating on the phone (I was at work) when he was at my house but never did he mentioned or asked me how it was broken nor any events the led to it, all he was telling me was what I needed to buy a new faucet and a plate and he sounded nice over the phone. That’s why I was surprised when my insurance told me about he told them. In a nutshell, he did not do anything but made that judgement call to my insurance, took my $75 co-pay and was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. I don’t usually do reviews but I feel like I’m obliged to do so to warn the public of this plumber from Complete Plumbing. This is type of people that destroys trust of people in workers. Hopefully he’s the only plumber from this company that have this character.
By the way (I wish he is reading this),that afternoon, my brother in law who is not even a plumber but with a big heart to help out and an awesome trouble shooter, was able to replace the broken faucet with a new faucet that is not even fitted for my sink. It was the same faucet that this plumber said would not for work for my sink. This faucet was sitting in my garage for the last 4 years because it was supposed to be installed in my other property but did not happen.

04/15/2014 Elizabeth R. Highly recommended the receptionist was kind & scheduled me for a time that was doable. Technician called 1 hr prior to arrival. Hot water heater / expansion tank installed @ reasonable price. Recommend and will use there services again.

Do not use!!! Company takes your money and runs. Now they don't answer phones or messages!! Worst business ever!!!!!!!
