Not expecting to be towed after picking up my daughter from school Coastland Towing & Recovery made a bad experience turn out to a good one. When the driver arrived he helped my daughter and myself up into the truck and then loaded my car on the tow truck. The driver recommended me to his mechanical department which is the sister company to Coastland Towing. Coastland Auto Service was able to fix my car while we waited in the beautiful customer waiting room, my daughter was able to finish her homework as we waited. Which was a blessing, my whole experience was great!

I stupidly locked my keys in the car so I called Coastland Towing & Recovery they were there and had my car unlocked within seconds of my original phone call. I hope I never do it again but if I do I'm calling Coastland! And Thanks guy's for the prompt service.

Fast service, very courtious driver named Brian called me to let me know he was in route to pick my car up. Keeping in touch really impressed me while waiting on the side of the road at night it made me feel secure. Thanks Coastland Towing!
