The first thing that comes to mind for warm and inviting is the fireplace. Candles on and around the mantel are a nice addition, maybe in a leaf holder or create mason jar candles with leaves. Any fall colors like shades of orange, brown, yellow, green or red can make a place feel cozy. A vase with berries, twigs or leaves in it has a nice fall feel. Rustic garland, with some greens, leaves, and burlap for example would be a lovely decoration across the fireplace.
Conversation- If you arrange your furniture in a circular fashion this is ideal for garnering conversation. Try this if you're having a get together, it will make everyone feel included in the conversation. Chairs can be arranged around a table, or rug with a few side tables between the chairs. Be sure to have the walkways around the circle and not going through it as to break up conversation.
I was very happy with the Gamber painting company. They were very professional, neat, punctual, and thorough. While prepping my house for paint, they masked off all windows and doors and not a drop of paint was where it should not have been. They power-washed my house completely and even cleaned my rear deck "because it was the right thing to do." I will hire them again to power wash my daughters home. Simply put, great work at a fair price with old school customer service...I could not be happier!
Siding
Blue- This is another color that is not so common for the front door. Keep in mind that selecting the right trim and siding colors is key to making the blue door work. Often blue goes well with grays or if you want more contrast try warmer colors like beige or tans. There are also many shades of blue and if you venture into things like pastels and teal it can be tough. This color works so well with the type of door and stands out nicely against the white.
