Worst company to deal with by far! Worst customer service, empty promises, lies, and a very expensive bill at the end of all this is all we got from this company. After $800 our house still has stains and reaks of urine. They promised that if the service did not work the money could go towards carpeting. We received an outrageous quote and they agreed they would match anyone's quote. We had another company come out and their estimate was thousands of dollars cheaper. Ashley, has ignored the situation and our phone calls for days and is not willing to keep a promise that was given to us by her. All we wanted was either a refund or match on carpet installation like promised. This company should be ashamed of themselves!
