First reason I chose Carpet Pros was the phone conversation I had when inquiring about their business, he was honest, listened to what I was asking and had great advice, and most of all gave me a quote over the phone, all very impressive. When they arrived on time, he looked at my carpet and was very knowledgeable about carpets, stains and how to take care of future stains myself. While they were here, they were thorough, clean and fast, and when they finished, the carpets looked remarkable! I was so happy with them, with their firm competitive price and their honesty that I wanted to make sure I posted their business as a five star service and I absolutely will use them again.
