Very poor customer service. I set up an inspection/estimate and no one showed up between the allotted hours (they did leave a message that they would be late but after a brief bit of phone tag I wrote off the visit). I then rescheduled and this time no one showed or called. There seems to be no accountability or effort to satisfy customers.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. If you have a problem, they "might" see you in a few days. If you're lucky! Could care less about customer service. Must be Section 8 "specialists". How they stay in business is scary. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Thank you Capitol-Tec. Your service agreement for regular service each month was easily understood with no small print and nothing on the back. You have been to my home 11 times and scheduled service was always complete and on time. Even when I called to reschedule it was easy and never complicated. I forgot my appt on one occasion and you treated my outside with a special oil based chemical and left a message for me to call back to have the work completed inside at no additional charge. Imagine all this for less then $40 a month. My neighbor is now using Captiol-Tec too.

My mother has an agreement with Capitol-Tec one day she discovered a rat in her basement. Capitol-Tec not only took care of the problem but came and picked me up at my home so I could go over to my mothers so they could service her house At no additional charge to her. I believe the company went above and beyond. I would recommend them if you need a pest control company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They will have you sign a 12 month agreement and start off great and then stop showing up at the scheduled time. You'll get a bill for service. When you complain, they'll say they sprayed OUTSIDE! They'll even blame you for it because its in the fine print. Funny NO neighbors witness the spraying outside. you get stuck with a bill and no service. Read the fine print if you must use them but I suggest, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

My family and I had just moved into a row home and despite my constant cleaning efforts, the houses were just too close and we began seeing roaches in my kitchen. I tried everything Raid, motels, combat gold etc. My husband finally went to Capitol and came home with this little tube of stuff and said we have to put a small dot of this in the kitchen cabinets. Reluctantly, I did what he told me and after some messing clean up (dead roaches) I haven't seen a roach in almost a year!!!
