Cajun Specialty Meats

I quit this past Monday. I worked one full week. Today (Friday) I went to pick up my unjust check. I was informed that, because I quit, my check would be mailed to me. I have never heard of this practice. I would understand them mailing the check if I had been fired, and was not wanted back on company property. However, I worked hard for this company. The reason I quit is that I cannot and WILL NOT justify a 77-hour work week with a $160 paycheck. I have a husband and four children. If all I wanted was $160/week, I would go flip burgers part-time. (Do the math. $160 for 77 hours comes out to $2.08/hour. That is below what waitresses make.)
Food for thought. A man who, like me has a family, was hired at the same time as I was stated, "Nelson and Associates does not fit my lifestyle." One of the employees who had been there for a while (who is single with no children) responded with, "Nelson and Associates IS your lifestyle." I am a great worker, and I excel at everything I do. However, my life does not revolve around a vacuum cleaner. Try selling Kirby's at the suggested price (which is $2195 after tax) six days a week until 9pm and tell me if you like your lifestyle being Nelson and Associates. Forget relationships, forget family, and although it is theoretically possible to make thousands of dollars every week, you will be spending that money on fast food and whatever catches your eye while on the road. If this sounds like a fulfilling life to you, go for it. If you are like me, and want a good career AND family life, stay FAR FAR AWAY.

Don't buy anything from this company ! The Kirby itself is fine if you want it, but these people are very shady, and do not always follow through on things the way a professional company should! Consider yourselves forewarned and if they knock on your door-HIDE!!!!!!!
