        Horrible...don't use him!!

        It has been over a week and my fridge still isn't fixed!! He boasts about coming out in an emergency...but he doesn't. He supposedly fixed the fridge yesterday...it still isn't working...said he would be here early afternoon and got a phone call at 4 saying he wouldn't be here until first thing in the morning now. Again, over a week with no working fridge...guess that doesn't qualify as an emergency! It would have been quicker to go with a major company and I bet the fridge would have worked after they fixed it too!!
