Brothers Sheetmetal & Gutters

Brothers Sheetmetal did an excellent job. We were rained out the day I originally scheduled and Ralph promptly re-arranged his schedule to accommodate me. The team showed up on time on the day of the job and completed it in one day just as discussed. Overall I enjoyed working with Brothers Sheetmetal. I found them to be a very honest. They listened to what I described and suggested options that would save money without sacrificing quality. I found Brothers Sheetmetal to be very trustworthy and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. There isn't much more you can ask for in a contractor than that!

I contacted Brothers Sheetmetal as one of two companies that would give me an estimate on installing gutters on my house. Ralph arrived promptly and was extremely nice to deal with. He surveyed the house and garage, took measurements, discussed pros and cons of gutter placement, colors, etc. He was very thorough and explained everything. He sent me a formal proposal that was quite reasonable, Why did I end up not going with Brothers Sheetmetal? No good reason. I just had to choose between two good companies. I'm confident that if I went with Brothers Sheetmetal I would have been very satisfied. Based on my experience with them for the first part of the process, I would recommend them to anyone.

What a joke. I have called this place several times. I left my name and number with a rude lady and was told that someone would call me back. Never happened. If they don't even call back I can guess what their work is like.

We were very impressed with Ralph and his company. We had contacted 3 A-rated gutter installation companies. One of the companies failed to show up and the other quote was slightly higher in cost to Brothers Sheet Metal. What set it apart, was the quality of the quote (a full package that included copies of insurance, a clear to read proposal and quite frankly, the easiness of working with Ralph and his ability to answer our questions). Even more impressive was the fact that we were under a tight deadline since we already had our painters working on the house and Ralph was able to move a job to meet our deadline. Ralph's crew did a great job and kept the job site clean. In addition, we decided at the last moment to replace an old metal awning and Ralph was able to have it fabricated and installed in 2 days so our painters could also paint the awning which saved us money. The new gutters and awning look amazing and the pride of craftsman shows in the quality of the materials and the workmen. We can't wait to see how the gutters work the next time it rains. This is the company to work with for all of your gutter and metal fabrication needs.

We were initially very impressed with the company. They responded immediately to provied a quote and were very professional. The quote was very reasonable and we contracted to have the work done. Due to circumstances beyond our contro, we were unable to keep the scheduled date and notified the company. We attempted numerous times, to no avail, to have the company reschedule to complete the work. We ended up going with another company.

Ralph, the owner of the company, scheduled me for 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010. He and his crew actually arrived at 7:50 a.m. Needless to say, I scheduled with them that early for a reason, and greatly appreciated their promptness. Ralph walked with me around my house, painstakingly taking note of every conceivable issue regarding the installation and very imaginatively resolving each in such a way as not to detract one bit from the aesthetics of my home. It became clear very early on that customer satisfaction and attention to detail are extremely important to him. His three-man team was no different. The guys also worked very carefully to avoid damaging my landscaping. Each unbegrudgingly entertained my questions and acted on any requests I made of him. The team worked quickly but carefully, cleaned up every bit of debris, and left me with a superb set of gutters. I highly recommend this company--and already have to my best friend as well as to others. You will appreciate the conscientious way they work, their promptness, and the quality of their product.

We had four different companies provide us proposal on new gutters for our house, as we just purchased it without any gutters. Ralph at Brothers was on time, professional and very responsive. Their proposal wasn't the absolute cheapest, but was 2/3 the price of some and one guy never even provided his. On the day of the install the team was well-prepared, walked me around the property to confirm what I wanted and installed some rain barrel diverters at no extra cost. They cleaned the many leaves off of my room and sweep down my front and rear patios--I was very impressed by how clean it was. They even cleaned out the dog's outdoor bowl of leaves. We would recommend everyone get a quote from Ralph if they need gutter work done.

They installed my rain gutters 7 years ago and are still working great! Have not worried any longer when the rain season comes. Thank you Brothers Sheetmetal
