        Overall

        This damage was done by the shipper and we would have filed a claim but Christopher213 did not contact us within 24 hours so we could have filed a claim for damage. He contacted us later and then demanded a refund and our company rules are clear. If the product is damaged or missing you contact us asap or within 24 hours to get a claim filed or we cannot assist you. This is the rules of the shipping carriers not us. We wrap or box all shipments so that damage will not happen and if it should we need to be contacted in a timely manner to get results. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Normally we do not have issues like this.
