Bluebonnet Landscaping

Hired this guy to do a very large job at my house. After I gave him the deposit, and they were to start the following week, the project didn't start for 3 weeks. This was a $25k job, everything to be done was very clear and written out. When aspects of the job were not done correctly, there was always a misunderstanding and a communication gap. Besides not completing the job per the written contract, within 3 months I had plants dying. I contacted them with my concern. I had one plant that died because it got too much water, and others that died because they did not get enough water. He also reconfigured the sprinkler system for the project. I texted bluebonnet to come out and check on the plants. It took 3 weeks for him to come out. Then he told me that he would not cover the plants under the 1 year warranty my job came with. Maybe if he came out when the concerned was reported, the plants would be alive today. I purchased over 50 plants and spent $25k, I asked for 3 plants to be replaced. He no longer takes my calls or responds to my text messages. BEWARE! ONCE HE GETS YOUR MONEY, YOU'VE BEEN HAD!
