Blue Water Counseling

The counselor herself was ok but the business practices and business office are terrible. They charge a service fee of $25 for each PERSON, and do not combine family members accounts for ANY balance at all. I had a couple dollar balance and they still charged $25 even though I had a positive balance for months. they said they "don't have staffing" to do that. Maybe they should take the $25 charges and invest in some software. Or the $60 for each missed apt. You have to go through the counselor to get meds and the new one didn't know this and wouldn't return my many phone calls and my son ran out of meds waiting for our next apt where the counselor spent our whole session on the computer sending out emails. The counseling schedule and location changed many times in the 3 years we were there, and one day a week makes it tough to do when I live 45 min from the main office, (started 6 miles from us but moved to main office) and I have other kids with commitments the same days. I am glad we are done with this office. Find a different counseling place that is run better.
