        Overall

        When we met Rick he was nice and friendly making promises to make the sale. From day one we had disaster they tore out my porch and didn't cover the house and of course we got rain seeping into our house. Rick had only one man who could do the work and had to come and fix all the mistakes the others he had working on our room. When I would try to call Rick he would not answer his phone he would only respond to me by email or have his worker Tom call me. As problems kept coming up Rick became rude and very abrupt with me and I finally just got tired of his hateful attitude. I have saved all the emails that we have sent back and forth if you want to see the type of person who runs this company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
