Bizzy B's Movers Load & Unload

I do not recommend Bizzy B's Movers to anyone. Brandon was unprofessional, inexperienced, unorganized, inefficient, and unprepared. He lied about having insurance and could not replace or fix the things he damaged. I spoke to him prior to moving and asked him to come out to my house for a quote. I explained I had a lot of furniture that was big and heavy. He reassured me that would not be a problem. I told him I need to an estimate because he is going to have to do multiple runs to move all my stuff. He assured me that he could do it in one and that he would give me a flat rate and that I would have him for the entire day. He said he would do multiple trips, if needed. We agreed on a date, time and price. He called my 4 different times to asked me the same question about what were the exact items in my house. It was obvious he did not write anything down. He told me I would have all my furniture wrapped, and padding would be laid down in the truck to protect my mattresses. He assured me he would bring 3 men including himself to move in a timely fashion. He only had two guys that did all the grunt work while he unprofessionally barked orders and used profane language in my house. He scheduled me for a Saturday and then changed it to Sunday, which happened to be a terrible snow storm and Super Bowl Sunday. I suggested that we reschedule but he made me feel bad because he already rented a truck, He later admitted to me that he could have moved me on Saturday because of a cancellation. When he arrived to my house he looked at my furniture and immediately called me a LIAR and said I did not tell him about all this furniture! He then quickly wanted to change the pricing! I told him that he is the professional and should have taken my advice by coming out and giving me a free estimate just like his Craig's List add advertised. It got to the point where he was so angry and was in a rush to finish. As a result he damaged my freezer, wood floors, broke my mirror chest, broke light fixtures, damaged and expensive bedroom set, dirtied my white couches, dirtied my mattress. He did not even wrap all my furniture and was extremely rough with my things. I labeled my boxed where I wanted them placed, and he was refusing to follow my wishes. He only did was was fast and easy for him!. By the time he showed up with the second load it was 11pm! He was not efficient and started at 12pm and left at 12:30am! He started to unload the truck into my tiny house rather than put together big pieces and get them out of the way. He was in a big rush! He was complaining the whole time. He then tried to use his brother as an excuse to to leave WITHOUT PUTTING MY FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER! I told him he can leave but I am not going to pay for this terrible service. It was clear that they have never moved anyone because when they put my bed together, they screwed the leg pegs facing the ceiling rather than to the floor. He kept telling me nothing will fit upstairs but his employees had more sense than him to try. Sure enough all my furniture made it upstairs. He said my freezer didn't fit in the basement but I had someone else take the door off and now my freezer is in the basement. Do not use this company! My house looks like the set of "Sanford and Son" This is not a real company! It's one guy who rented a Uhaul truck looking to make a quick dollar. He has no customer service skills, he is lazy, and does not care about your furniture or your house.
