My Yorkie had not been to a groomer for a year and a half. This Groomer did an EXECELENT JOB on my dog. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get to this shop and will gladly do it again. Leesburg is a long way. I think i'm their most recent customer for life!

Hello, I am the the owner of Big Paws Grooming and I am adressing the review that Ms. Shanda Adams wrote about our shop, you can view all the reviews that we have on facebook and see who we are based on all 55 review, Ms Jones came to our shop only 2 times and the second time left her dog since 9:30 am and it was 5:00 pm and she was nowhere to be found, please read the Facebook review she gave us and what really happened that day, Do not judge us based on 1 client that was upset because things didn't go her way.

If it was possible to give this place no stars I would. This is the second time visiting this facility and the first experience was mediocre. This time I took my dog for a bath and to clean around her face like I usually do a PETSMART. But I chose to give this place a try because I like to support small business and because they are usually cheaper. I received a phone call at 4 saying my dog was ready but by that time I was already at a hair salon. On the door of this business and all over the Internet it is posted that they close at 7. So I figured no problem I'll be done way before 7. I got a phone call from the owner who was very hostile and unprofessional yelling at me. Asking me why would I not come pick up my dog and that she didn't know why I would leave my dog there all day when I was only getting a 30 service. I explained to the owner that I got a phone call at 4 and that when I have gone to other groomers they have let me pick up the dog as long as it was before close. I work for a fortune 500 company and the way this ungrateful, disrespectful, unprofessional owner runs her business they will stay in that little Shop in the little shopping Plaza in the middle of nowhere. I asked her about the hours posted on her door and she stated that it was a mistake and that she is going to take that down because it causes confusion. Clearly this has happened before. I told the owner that if someone would've explained the pick up policy to me instead or if she would've approached me in a completely different way I would've been more than happy to apologize for the confusion but she was so irrate and stated that ,"oh well I hope somebody is here when you come so you can get your dog." I lost it. To say that I am pissed is an understatement and I will be posting this on every review website that this pathetic company has so everyone can know what kind of business she is running. No wonder I only ever see one or two dogs there.

Wonderful groomers! I was taking my dogs to another groomer that is inside a pet store. I decided to try BIG PAWS it was closer to home and had stopped in before to check them out. I was not disappointed. They did a wonderful job! Winnie and her son were very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I want nothing less than excellent service. This is the reason why I am not trusting any dog grooming center other than this one.

Prices are below many others and the work done on my pooches was fantastic. My new permanent groomer.
