Beavercreek Door Mr. Handy Handyman Service

My elderly mom had a broken garage door.A friend of mine gave me their number telling me they were a small company that saved him some serious cash. So i gave them a call. I had talked to three other companies that said my door was done for and there was no other option then installing a new door. when beavercreek door showed up they told me the door was in pretty bad shape but they thought they could fix it and get me another 2 years out of it. on top of that they told me if i called them again when i did need a door they would give me a deal for being a repeat costumer. so i had them do the repair which was a little over a hunred bucks and they were almost dead on because almost 3 years later the door quit working again. i called them up again and asked for a price of a new door before telling them that they had done a repair before. when i told them about what they had said the last time they took 10% off the original price because i was a repeat costumer which was already a 190 bucks cheaper then the lowest price quote i got from a couple other companies. i had them install the door which works and looks great and they even fixed a loose handle on my mothers front door while they were there and replaced a light bulb for her because they didnt want her to have to climb up a ladder at no additional cost. they were friendly, on time and went well beyond just installing a new door. i would recomend them to anyone.

I am a general contractor and have used beavercreek door on 3 occassions on my jobs. They installed 3 doors for me on 3 seperate occasions. Their price was always lower then any other bids and their doors were installed correctly and in a very timely manner. My customers have never complained about any problems with the doors or the installers, in fact they had nothing but great things to say about them. The first door they installed for me was more then 8 years ago and its still looking and working great. I have recomended them on multiple occasions and everytime I have been called and thanked because of there great prices, how friendly they were and in fact they talked a friend of mine out of buying a new door and just repairing his old door which saved him hundreads of dollars. I would recomend these guys to anyone.

HE INSTALLED A NEW GARAGE DOOR IN JAN AND DID NOT INSTALL ALL NEW PARTS. HE NEVER EVEN INSTALLED THE GARAGE DOOR PROPERLY EITHER. I HAD OTHER ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES COME TO LOOK AT THE DOOR AND THEY VERIFIED THAT HE DID NOT INSTALL IT CORRECTLY AND LEFT OLD PARTS WITHOUT INSTALLING THE NEW ONES THAT I HAD PAID FOR.THE GARAGE DOOR NEVER WORKED AFTER HE INSTALLED IT. I CALLED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES TO COME FIX IT AND HE WOULD KEEP TELLING ME HE WOULD COME OUT AND NEVER DID. THEN HE JUST STARTED IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS. I PAID 1,000.00 FOR THIS GARAGE DOOR THAT NEVER WORKED! I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF 4 KIDS WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT? THIS MAN HAS 4 COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE BBB WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS! BEWARE THIS MAN IS A SCAM ARTIST AND HE DOESN'T CARE WHO HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF!!!!!!!!!!
