Barlow Exteriors

I initially interviewed several contractors for repairs to our roof and upgrading our windows and found Barlow to be the best as far as quote and quality of service. Our sales rep, Marcus Barnick, was awesome. Marcus is no longer with the company and with him went the customer service. We had an issue with one of our windows that has a lifetime warranty. We've been waiting over a year now for them to come and replace it. every time it rains hard we get a puddle in our kitchen. This is customer service at it's worst. I would not recommend this company.

I enjoyed working with this company. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and done it on time. They have an awesome energy saving window that I would recommend to anyone. The new windows that I had installed in my older home which also come in I believe several different colors made my house look new again. Wow what a transformation. I will defiantly use them again in the future
