I hired this guy to do a home inspection. He couldn’t see the obvious problem with the roof (even after I showed it to him) and refused to write it in the report. After checking this company out I found that it is a one man show that is under investigation by The Department of Labor & Industries, not the team of inspectors the website implies. This owner/inspector is not a licensed home inspector and never has been and his pest license had been expired for 8 years. After hiring a different home inspector that gave me a great report, I asked to get my money back from the first inspection. Scott Barry, the owner of BAI Services refused to refund my money and just laughed when I said I would report him. AVOID THIS COMPNY!

This company should be investigated for fraud!! They took a deposit for my inspection and then did a terrible jog of inspecting. When I complained the owner just laughed at me and told me tough luck, that is all the inspection he is going to do. The report was incomplete, full of mis-spellings and missed the most important parts of damage and decay. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTION COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! They will rip you off. I ended up hiring another inspection company and got great results.Mic

This company is a rip off. Scott is a drunk idiot. I called to complain one afternoon around 2 PM Scott was drunk and could not answer even the simplest questions. He then refused to refund my deposit. I also check and all of the certifications he shows at the website are either fake or expired. What an idiot!!

My deposit was not refunded aftet the job got called off due to purchase falling through. I had used them multiple times in the past and they would not budge even though they had done no work. I would be careful giving them a deposit until they actually show up to start.
