        This lady is a complete kook. She undervalued my home by 100,000.00. She valued it at what I bought it for 3 years ago without any regard for rising home prices since then. I wouldn't hire her to walk my dog. I would give her 1/2 a star because she showed up on time. It went downhill from there.
